I have just admitted my obsession. What happens now?

Once your admission is made, you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail with your billing/shipping information. If there are any errors, please contact us at simplyobsessed@yahoo.com so we can make the necessary changes. We will start feeding your obsession with the current month’s kit. If we are sold out, we will fulfill your appetite beginning with the following month’s kit.

How do I pay for my obsession each month?

Your payment goes through the PayPal website. Since PayPal is processing your payment, your credit card information is never seen.

What day of the month will my credit card be charged?

When you sign up for a membership and select your kit, you will be charged immediately. For the following months, you will be charged on the last work day of the month previous to the kit month you are buying. Example: To receive August’s kit, your card will be charged on the last work day of July.

How do I update my billing/shipping information?

You can contact us via e-mail at simplyobsessed@yahoo.com or use our secure form on the contact us page of the website. You may also leave comments or ask us questions. We will do our best to respond to all e-mails in a timely manner.

How much do you charge for shipping? Do you charge sales tax?

We ship all of our packages via USPS Priority mail. We charge a flat rate of $6. Any item in your shopping cart at the time of billing will be shipped with your kit free of charge. We are required by law to collect 7.25% sales tax on all items being shipped to an Arizona address.

On what day can I start looking forward to having my obsession fed?

We begin shipping on the 3rd of the month (or the first business day thereafter). Due to the volume, shipping generally takes a week to complete. You will receive an e-mail notice once your kit has been shipped.

What should I do if my kit arrives damaged?

We hope this does not happen, but we do understand that it can on rare occasions. In this case, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. We will make the necessary arrangements to replace the kit at no cost to you. If the kit is no longer available, a substitute of equal value will be sent. We will require the damaged kit to be sent back to us, and we will refund the shipping charges you incur to return the kit.

What if I do not like a particular kit. What should I do?

We always want our members to be happy with their purchase. Should you decided you do not want to receive a kit, please contact us immediately. With a 6 month subscription you are allowed to skip once during your 6 month term. If paypal has already drawn from your account, we can still skip your shipment and when your term is up, the you will receive one more mointh. With a 3 month subscription, skipping a month is NOT allowed. Currently, we do not accept returns or issue refunds after your kit has already been purchased, unless due to an error on our part. If you have already been billed for a kit and decide you don’t want to receive it, we will be happy to issue you a credit towards next month’s kit.

Do you offer gift certificates?

We certainly do! To share your obsession with a friend, contact us at simplyobsessed@yahoo.com and tell us what type of membership length you would like to purchase. You have the option to be billed monthly beginning with the starting month of the membership, or to pay for the entire membership up front. Upon receipt of your payment, we will send a gift certificate to your friend with your message.

I need to cancel my membership. How can I do this?

Our billing process is automated due to the large volume of memberships we bill each month. If you decide you need to cancel your membership for any reason, you must contact us by the last day of the month. Membership cancellations that are received after the last day of the month will be processed for the following month. See the early cancellation policy below.

Early Cancellation Policy

3 or 6 month memberships will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee for early termination of your subscription agreement. This applies to any new membership on or after June 15, 2007.

I would like to purchase the add-ons. What is the best way to do this?

Add-ons can be purchased using the appropriate "Buy Now" button. All purchases are handled through Paypal. Add-ons will be shipped together with the monthly kit so there is no additional shipping charge applied.

Why did my kit come with different items than were listed on the site?

Due to the fact we strive to offer the latest and greatest products, we reserve the right to substitute any products featured in the kit. It is not our intent to subsitute, but we cannot control manufacturer delays or shipping problems. We will always notify you when there will be a subsitution. If it is just a minor delay with the manufacturer, we will delay shipping no longer than 1 week, to get you the actual kit contents. We appreciate your understanding and we will do our best to notify you of any changes.

What is your return policy?

If you need to return a kit or any other merchandise for reasons other than damages, it must be returned with the kit packaging unopened within 10 days of receiving your kit. You must notify us by email prior to returning your merchandise for a refund of merchandise. Shipping is not also NOT refundable and there will be a 15% restocking fee. Please see the Return and Refund Policy page for more details.

All returns must be emailed in first for approval.

Items must be in new condition, unused and unopened.

Returns must be made within 10 business days of original shipment. If returning by mail, please repack, add delivery confirmation and mail to:
